Limited Company Incorporation Details

Let’s get your new business officially registered.

Our team will handle every detail—from your Companies House registration to your HMRC setup. Please complete the secure form below so we can begin incorporating your new company today.

Important: Companies House Security Authentication

To comply with the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act, Companies House now requires a two-step security process to protect your new business from identity theft. Please follow the instructions below carefully before completing this form.

Step 1: Your PSC Identity Code (Required)

Every Director and Person with Significant Control (PSC) must now verify their identity directly with the government to receive a 12-digit PSC Identity Code.

If you do not have a code: Please click here to verify your identity via Gov.uk. This process takes roughly 5–10 minutes using a smartphone and a form of ID (Passport or Driving Licence).

Once you have your code: Please paste it into the dedicated PSC Code field later in this form.

Step 2: Filing Authentication (Your Digital Signature)

To allow our team to file official documents on your behalf, Companies House requires 3 pieces of personal security information to act as your “digital signature.” For your security, do not enter these details into this web form. Instead, please:

  1. Create a simple Word document listing any three items from the following list (with your specific answers):
  2. Town of Birth, Eye Colour, Father’s First Name, Telephone Number, Mother’s Maiden Name, National Insurance Number, or Passport Number.
  3. Save the file as CH-Authentication-[YourName].docx.
  4. Upload the file securely to your IRIS OpenSpace folder once you receive our portal invitation.
