Need to form a company first? Our standalone fee for company formation is £275 (which includes the mandatory £100 Companies House digital incorporation fee). However, as a welcome to the firm, we reduce this formation fee to £200 for clients who sign up for any of our monthly accounting packages.
Please note: For all our limited company packages, our fee for preparing and filing the annual Confirmation Statement is included. The standard Companies House filing fee of £50 will be recharged separately. If you require a new PAYE scheme to be registered with HMRC, a one-off £60 setup fee applies. Cloud accounting software subscriptions (e.g., Xero) are not included in the package fees; these can be paid directly by you or managed by us and recharged at cost.
